En suivant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette sp\u00e9cification militaire, nous pouvons pr\u00e9senter des donn\u00e9es honn\u00eates, reproductibles et comparables pour chaque silencieux Stalon.     <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"guide-hero-img\">\n      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stalonsilencer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Noise-measurements-suppressors.jpg\" alt=\"Stalon Noise Measurements\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; object-fit: cover; display: block;\">\n    <\/div>\n\n    <section class=\"guide-section\">\n      <div class=\"guide-sec-header\">\n        <h2 class=\"guide-sec-title\">Comprendre le bruit<\/h2>\n        <p class=\"guide-sec-sub\">Ce que le silencieux peut \u2013 et ne peut pas \u2013 r\u00e9duire<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"guide-grid-main\">\n        <article class=\"guide-main-card\">\n          <p>\n            <strong>MIL-STD-1474D<\/strong>, l\u2019abr\u00e9viation robuste que nous raccourcissons encore en \u00ab norme MIL \u00bb, est la norme actuelle pour mesurer les niveaux de bruit des armes \u00e0 feu et\/ou des silencieux. Cette norme sp\u00e9cifie la proc\u00e9dure exacte et la mani\u00e8re d\u2019effectuer le test pour obtenir un r\u00e9sultat pr\u00e9cis et honn\u00eate. Nous utilisons la norme MIL-STD-1474D pour toutes nos mesures sonores conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme, et ainsi, nous pouvons pr\u00e9senter un r\u00e9sultat correct des mesures de bruit de nos silencieux.            <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Mesurer les niveaux sonores, ou niveaux de bruit, d\u2019armes \u00e0 feu \u00e9quip\u00e9es d\u2019un silencieux exige une grande exp\u00e9rience et des connaissances approfondies. Le son ou bruit typique d\u2019une arme \u00e0 feu provient de deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Le premier est la lib\u00e9ration soudaine de gaz propulseurs chauds et \u00e0 haute pression dans l\u2019\u00e2me du canon, et le second est le bruit de la balle en vol (bang supersonique).            <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Le bruit du bang supersonique, ou du projectile tir\u00e9, est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 une grande distance d\u2019une arme \u00e0 feu et\/ou d\u2019une arme \u00e0 feu \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un silencieux, et ne peut pas \u00eatre att\u00e9nu\u00e9 par le silencieux. Le son de la vitesse supersonique de la balle (bang supersonique) ou lorsque la balle touche quelque chose a un niveau de bruit plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que beaucoup ne l\u2019attendent. Cela peut \u00eatre illustr\u00e9 en tirant dans un champ ouvert par rapport \u00e0 un tir dans une for\u00eat dense, o\u00f9 le son rebondira avec plus de force que dans un champ ouvert.            <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Le bruit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la lib\u00e9ration de gaz chauds \u00e0 haute pression provient de l\u2019explosion de la poudre \u00e0 canon. Ces gaz ont une pression extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et cr\u00e9ent un son impulsif en quittant l\u2019al\u00e9sage\/le canon, et se dilateront rapidement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la pression de l\u2019air ambiant. Ces gaz peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits par certaines techniques dans un silencieux, en ralentissant et en r\u00e9duisant la pression sur les gaz avant qu\u2019ils ne soient lib\u00e9r\u00e9s dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re (air ambiant).            <\/p>\n        <\/article>\n\n        <aside class=\"guide-aside\">\n          <p class=\"guide-aside-label\">D\u00e9finition rapide<\/p>\n          <h3 class=\"guide-aside-title\">Deux sources de bruit<\/h3>\n          <p><strong>Gaz propulseurs.<\/strong>  Gaz chauds \u00e0 haute pression quittant le canon. C\u2019est ce que le silencieux peut r\u00e9ellement contr\u00f4ler. <\/p>\n          <p><strong>Bang supersonique.<\/strong>  La balle en vol et \u00e0 l\u2019impact. G\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 loin de la bouche du canon \u2013 un silencieux ne peut pas l\u2019\u00e9liminer. <\/p>\n          <p class=\"guide-aside-highlight\">Stalon ne revendique que ce que nous pouvons mesurer et influencer.<\/p>\n          \n          <div class=\"guide-aside-img\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stalonsilencer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Noise-measurements-silencers.jpg\" alt=\"Two sources of noise\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; object-fit: cover; display: block;\">\n          <\/div>\n        <\/aside>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"guide-section\">\n      <div class=\"guide-sec-header\">\n        <h2 class=\"guide-sec-title\">Obtenir un r\u00e9sultat fiable<\/h2>\n        <p class=\"guide-sec-sub\">Pourquoi la m\u00e9thodologie compte plus qu\u2019un simple chiffre en dB<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <article class=\"guide-main-card\">\n        <p>\n          La norme actuelle, ou la norme la plus couramment utilis\u00e9e, pour mesurer les niveaux sonores des armes \u00e0 feu est la MIL-STD-1474D. Stalon AB utilise cette m\u00e9thode pour toutes les mesures de bruit avec une configuration exacte conforme aux exigences de la norme. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure tr\u00e8s importante pour pouvoir pr\u00e9senter un r\u00e9sultat pr\u00e9cis et exact de la r\u00e9duction du bruit des silencieux Stalon.          <\/p>\n        <p>\n          La MIL-STD-1474D pr\u00e9cise la proc\u00e9dure exacte et la mani\u00e8re d\u2019effectuer le test, notamment le type de sonom\u00e8tre, les positions des microphones, les positions de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur, l\u2019environnement, etc. Elle indique des valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence permettant de r\u00e9aliser une mesure correcte et d\u2019obtenir un r\u00e9sultat fiable et constant.         <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Il est important de comprendre, lorsque l\u2019on discute de la r\u00e9duction du bruit et que l\u2019on compare les silencieux, comment et pourquoi la mesure r\u00e9elle du bruit a \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e. Nous mesurons les niveaux de bruit conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme actuelle, que nous appelons en interne \u00ab norme MIL \u00bb. Cette norme sp\u00e9cifie les positions exactes de chaque module et \u00e9quipement technique \u00e0 utiliser lors du test.          <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"guide-diagram-img\">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stalonsilencer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Noise-measurements-MIL-STD-1474D.jpg\" alt=\"Measurement Setup Diagram\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; object-fit: cover; display: block;\">\n        <\/div>\n\n        <p>\n          Le bruit est mesur\u00e9 avec un sonom\u00e8tre plac\u00e9 <strong>\u00e0 100 centim\u00e8tres et \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s \u00e0 gauche de la sortie de bouche<\/strong> du silencieux. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez ajouter une position de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019oreille du tireur \u00bb, ce qui rendra le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019environ 8\u201310 dBc plus bas. Par ex. : le Stalon VICTOR r\u00e9duit le bruit \u00e0 environ <strong>141 dBc<\/strong> selon la norme MIL (.308w), mais afficherait <strong>132 dBc<\/strong> mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019oreille du tireur \u00bb. Le XE149 r\u00e9duit le bruit \u00e0 <strong>132,5 dBc<\/strong> \u00e0 la sortie de bouche, mais afficherait <strong>123,5 dBc<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019oreille du tireur \u00bb.           <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"guide-keystrip\">\n          <div class=\"guide-key\">\n            <span>VICTOR<\/span>\n            <span>141 dBc (MIL) \u2192 132 dBc \u00e0 l\u2019oreille du tireur<\/span>\n          <\/div>\n          <div class=\"guide-key\">\n            <span>XE149<\/span>\n            <span>132,5 dBc (MIL) \u2192 123,5 dBc \u00e0 l\u2019oreille du tireur<\/span>\n          <\/div>\n          <div class=\"guide-key\">\n            <span>Position du micro<\/span>\n            <span>100 cm \/ 90\u00b0 \u00e0 gauche de la sortie de l\u2019al\u00e9sage, 160 cm au-dessus de l\u2019herbe courte<\/span>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <p>\n          Mesurer \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019oreille du tireur \u00bb pose probl\u00e8me pour plusieurs raisons. Outre la capacit\u00e9 du silencieux \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le bruit, l\u2019espace entre le sonom\u00e8tre \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019oreille du tireur \u00bb et la bouche du silencieux influencera fortement le r\u00e9sultat.         <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Imaginez un silencieux tr\u00e8s court, mais efficace, test\u00e9 avec un canon court. Ce silencieux sera compar\u00e9 \u00e0 un silencieux beaucoup plus long, et moins efficace que l\u2019autre, et sera \u00e9galement test\u00e9 avec un canon plus long. Les deux r\u00e9sultats seront trompeurs car l\u2019espace entre le sonom\u00e8tre et la bouche du canon diff\u00e8re entre les deux tests \u2013 peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame de quelques d\u00e9cim\u00e8tres. Le r\u00e9sultat pourrait m\u00eame montrer que le silencieux plus long et moins efficace a un niveau de bruit inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui qui offre de meilleures performances.           <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Ce qui est discut\u00e9 ci-dessus entra\u00eenera des exp\u00e9riences diff\u00e9rentes pour diff\u00e9rents tireurs. Le choix du calibre est le principal facteur affectant, mais la longueur du canon fera \u00e9galement appara\u00eetre le son diff\u00e9remment.         <\/p>\n      <\/article>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"guide-section\">\n      <div class=\"guide-sec-header\">\n        <h2 class=\"guide-sec-title\">Notre norme<\/h2>\n        <p class=\"guide-sec-sub\">Comment nous positionnons le microphone \u2013 \u00e0 chaque fois<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"guide-two-cols\">\n        <article class=\"guide-card\">\n          <h3>Position de mesure primaire<\/h3>\n          <p>\n            La norme MIL sp\u00e9cifie deux options pour le positionnement du sonom\u00e8tre (microphone) \u2013 ou plut\u00f4t une avec la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;ajouter une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au niveau de l&#039;\u00ab oreille du tireur \u00bb.          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            La premi\u00e8re et la plus importante position du sonom\u00e8tre est plac\u00e9e \u00e0 un angle de 90 degr\u00e9s, \u00e0 100 cm \u00e0 gauche de la sortie de l\u2019al\u00e9sage du silencieux. We use MIL-STD-1474D for all of our sound measurements according to\n            the standard, and by that, we can present a correct result from our silencer's noise\n            measurements.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            Measuring the sound levels, or noise levels, from firearms equipped with a silencer\n            require extensive experience and knowledge. The typical sound or noise from a firearm\n            is generated from two things. The first one is a sudden release of hot, high-pressure\n            propelling gases in the bore, and the other is the sound of the bullet in flight\n            (sonic boom).\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The noise from the sonic boom, or the projectile that's shot, is generated at a far\n            distance outside of a firearm and\/or outside of a firearm equipped with a silencer,\n            and cannot be addressed by the silencer. The sound from the bullet's supersonic speed\n            (sonic boom) or when the bullet hits something has a higher noise level than many expect.\n            This can be illustrated when shooting in an open field compared to shooting in a deep\n            forest, where the sound will bounce back with higher force than in the open field.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The noise generated from the release of hot, high-pressure gases are gases from the\n            actual gunpowder explosion. These gases have extremely high pressure and create an\n            impulse sound when leaving the bore\/barrel, and will quickly expand to the pressure\n            that's in our ambient air. This gas can be reduced by certain techniques in a silencer,\n            by slowing down and reducing the pressure on the gases before released out into the\n            atmosphere (ambient air).\n          <\/p>\n        <\/article>\n\n        <aside class=\"guide-aside\">\n          <p class=\"guide-aside-label\">Quick definition<\/p>\n          <h3 class=\"guide-aside-title\">Two sources of noise<\/h3>\n          <p><strong>Propelling gases.<\/strong> Hot, high-pressure gases leaving the barrel. This\n            is what the silencer can actually control.<\/p>\n          <p><strong>Sonic boom.<\/strong> The bullet in flight and on impact. Stalon AB uses this method for all noise measurements with an exact setup\n          according to the terms of the standard. This is a very important procedure to be able to\n          present a precise and accurate result of noise reduction of the Stalon silencers.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          MIL-STD-1474D specifies the exact procedure and how to perform the test, including sound\n          level meter type, microphone positions, operator positions, surroundings, etc. It indicates\n          central values to implement a correct measurement and have a reliable and continuous result.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Something important to understand when discussing noise reduction and comparing silencers is\n          how the actual noise measurement was executed and why. We measure noise levels accordingly\n          with the current standard, which we name MIL-standard in-house. Besides the silencer's\n          ability to reduce noise, the space between the meter at \"shooter's ear\" and the silencer's\n          muzzle will affect the result significantly.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Play with the thought of having a silencer that's very short, but efficient, tested with a\n          short barrel. This silencer will be compared against a silencer that's much longer, and not\n          as efficient as the other, and will also be tested with a longer barrel. Both results will be\n          misleading since the space between the meter and muzzle differ between the two tests \u2013 maybe\n          even a couple of decimeters. The result might even show that the longer silencer that's less\n          efficient has a lower noise level than the one with better performance.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          What's discussed above will cause different experiences for different shooters. The choice of\n          caliber is the main affecting factor, but the barrel length as well will cause the sound to\n          appear different.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/article>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"guide-section\">\n      <div class=\"guide-sec-header\">\n        <h2 class=\"guide-sec-title\">Our standard<\/h2>\n        <p class=\"guide-sec-sub\">How we position the microphone \u2013 every single time<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"guide-two-cols\">\n        <article class=\"guide-card\">\n          <h3>Primary measurement position<\/h3>\n          <p>\n            MIL-standard specifies two options for positioning the noise meter (microphone) \u2013 or rather\n            one with the option to add a reference at the \"shooter's ear\".\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            The first, and most important position of the noise meter, is placed at a 90-degree angle,\n            100&nbsp;cm left from the bore exit of the silencer.
