Leicht, robust, hochwertig. Das dachten wir auch \u2013 weshalb wir es zuvor in unserer X-Serie verwendet haben.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Doch nach jahrelangem Einsatz unter realen Bedingungen sind wir davon abgekommen. Nicht weil Titan ein schlechtes Material ist. Es ist leicht, korrosionsbest\u00e4ndig und sieht auf dem Datenblatt hervorragend aus. F\u00fcr viele Anwendungen ist es ein ausgezeichnetes Material.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Doch Schalld\u00e4mpfer arbeiten in einer anspruchsvollen Umgebung. Jeder Schuss sendet einen Sto\u00df extremer Hitze durch den Prallplattenaufbau, gefolgt von schneller Abk\u00fchlung. Im Laufe der Zeit verursacht diese wiederholte thermische Belastung ein Ph\u00e4nomen namens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stalonsilencer.com\/de\/wartung\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"1606\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kristallisation<\/a> \u2013 strukturelle Ver\u00e4nderungen auf Materialebene, die das Risiko von Rissbildung erh\u00f6hen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Titan bew\u00e4ltigt statische Belastung gut. Dynamische thermische Belastung bew\u00e4ltigt es weniger gut. Durch die Neukonstruktion mit einer Kombination aus Edelstahl und Aluminium haben wir das gleiche Gewicht wie unsere fr\u00fcheren Titanmodelle erreicht \u2013 jedoch mit h\u00f6herer Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit unter thermischer Belastung.
